The SUBMARINE ADVENTURE experience takes about 40 – 45 minutes from the beginning of boarding<\/span>.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Extra-Color-3″ title=”In what languages is the immersion carried out?”][vc_column_text]\n

During the dive we provide audio guides in 9 languages: Spanish, German, English, French, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish. All our customers are provided with a free set of one-time-use headphones.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Extra-Color-3″ title=”How much time in advance should I be at the boarding area?”][vc_column_text]\n

You have to validate your reservation in the boarding area with sufficient time before the established dive schedule. We recommend at least 15 minutes in advance.<\/p>\n

We do not accept reservations once boarding is closed and the right to reschedule is subject to availability.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Extra-Color-3″ title=”Can there be changes in the dive schedules?”][vc_column_text]\n

Yes. On certain occasions we may be forced to modify schedules due to meteorological or operational reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Extra-Color-3″ title=”Can I change the date of my reservation?”][vc_column_text]\n

Change of dates and times are subject to availability and are not allowed in the 48 hours prior to the selected date. In application of the current legislation, refunds<\/span> can be made within 14 days once the purchase has been made. No refunds can be made less than 48 hours before the date of the dive. If you have made your reservation with third party vendors, you must contact the vendor directly.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Extra-Color-3″ title=”What happens if for some reason the company decides to cancel the activity?”][vc_column_text]\n

If the company decides to cancel the dive (mainly for meteorological reasons or force majeure), we will contact you via the email or telephone number which you provided when you made your reservation. You can change the reservation date or we will refund the full amount you paid.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Extra-Color-3″ title=”Can I travel on the SUBMARINE ADVENTURE bus without having made a reservation?”][vc_column_text]\n

No. Without a prior reservation, we do not admit passengers on our free bus service.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Extra-Color-3″ title=”Do you have private parking if I travel by car?”][vc_column_text]\n

Yes<\/span>. If you travel by car,<\/b><\/span> ask our staff at the<\/span> info & ticket stand for a parking ticket to redeem two free hours of parking<\/span>, which is subject to availability (Parking<\/span> \u2013 Dique Sur \u2013 Puerto de Mog\u00e1n).<\/p>\n

On Fridays, due to the local market, vehicle access is restricted.<\/strong><\/p>\n

No. It is not allowed to bring drinks or food inside the submarine.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Extra-Color-3″ title=”Does the submarine respect the environment?”][vc_column_text]\n

Yes. The submarine is powered by electrical energy and therefore does not harm the environment. With our project \u201cUnderwater Park La Atl\u00e1ntida\u201d<\/a>\u00a0 we collaborate in the regeneration of the seabed of Puerto de Mog\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Can minors travel without being accompanied by an adult?”][vc_column_text]\n

No. Children under the age of 16 must travel with an adult. Youths between 16 and 18 years old can travel alone.<\/p>\n
