Booking Changes and Cancellation Policy

We want you to enjoy your experience with complete peace of mind. For this reason, we would like to inform you of the following conditions relating to booking changes, cancellations and refunds.

1. Customer cancellations

In accordance with current legislation, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, except in cases where, due to the nature of the booked service and its scheduled date, a legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of the activity. If you cancel within this period, we will issue the corresponding refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Cancellations or refunds will not be accepted if less than 48 hours remain before the activity takes place, except in duly justified cases of force majeure and upon presentation of the relevant supporting documentation.

2. Bookings made through third parties

If you have made your booking through an agency, external platform or intermediary, any modification, cancellation or refund request must be managed directly with that provider, in accordance with their own terms and conditions.

3. Changes or booking modifications

If you wish to change the date of your dive or make any modifications to your booking, you may request this up to 48 hours before the activity, subject to availability.

4. Cancellations due to operational or weather-related reasons

The safety of our passengers is our highest priority.

If the activity must be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, operational reasons or force majeure, we will contact you as soon as possible using the details provided in your booking.

In these cases, you may choose to:

  • Reschedule the activity for another available date.
  • Request a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Arrival and access to the activity

We recommend arriving at the boarding point at least 20 minutes in advance to validate your booking and board comfortably.

Access to the submarine will close 10 minutes before the start of the activity.

Once boarding has closed, it will no longer be possible to join the dive and your booking will be considered a no-show.

Important: On Fridays, due to the local market, vehicle access may be restricted by the local authorities. In addition, parking spaces are limited, so the walk to the boarding area may take approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

6. Right of admission

Atlántida Submarine reserves the right to refuse admission or participation in the activity for safety reasons, inappropriate behaviour, or any circumstances that may affect the proper operation of the experience or the safety of passengers and staff.
